The Davmar team met at a school play; our daughters went to school together, surfed together, and graduated together. The families have been close friends for over a decade and brought the same philosophy to our work: excellence in delivery, honesty in all our dealings, with customers, suppliers and employees. We decided to bring our shared values together in a business we could direct to always do the right thing.

David Arrighi

VP, Operations

Dave has over 35 years’ experience in multiple trades. He has worked in commercial, infrastructure and residential projects throughout California, from the Golden Gate Bridge to BAE Systems in San Diego, along with many city, school, and Caltrans projects.

Dave has extensive expertise involving all aspects of construction and site management.

Mark Dinkel

General Manager

Mark cofounded Davmar after serving as CFO and General Counsel at Fintainium, Inc., a financial technology company.

Prior to Fintainium, Mark was CEO at Payne|Bouchier, Inc., a general contracting, millwork and cabinetry business based in Boston, where he transformed the business for long term growth

Jennifer Arrighi

CEO

In addition to cofounding and being the majority owner of Davmar, Jennifer is the CEO of JRA Consulting & General Contracting, LLC, where she has been an executive partner for almost 20 years.

JRA is a California company specializing in concrete demolition, cutting, and coring. The company has worked on public and private projects throughout southern California.
